Spanning the world for years with his music ministry and overcoming denominational walls through worship, David Brinson reaches the heart of God as a worship leader and recording artist.
Amidst extensive worldwide travel with the United States Air Force, Brinson has shared the Gospel through song and Word in such foreign countries as Songtan, Korea as a musician, psalmist, director and Senior Pastor of the Center of Praise Church of God in Christ in Aviano, Italy.
Shortly after Brinson’s release from the military - just days before the nation’s September 11th experience in 2001, Brinson accepted the invitation to serve as both Associate and Music Pastor at the New Hope International Church in Central Georgia. He is also Assistant Regional Director of Worship for the Southern Atlantic Region of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship.
In 2004, Brinson released his first CD, Forever Yours. Although his first recording experience, he knew it would not be the last. With the expectation of a sophomore project to match the first, a life-altering encounter with God in 2007 propelled Brinson to eagerly create what is now, The Sound of Hope.
After isolated intense writing sessions and upper room worship, Brinson has truly exceeded the anticipations of many, presenting a project that boasts a selection of culturally diverse songs offering an invitation to a worship experience that is real and relevant. Careful to give God the glory for it, Brinson reminds listeners that Jesus still is and will forever be the Hope of the world!
Descending from a long line of ministry as the eighth son, Brinson is likened to King David pursuing the heart of God through worship, believing that this is the ultimate mandate for all.
David Brinson resides in Warner Robins, Georgia, with his wife, April and their two beautiful children.
