HAIR ROCKET is a band and video project, started by Chris Blasucci. The Hair Rocket movement began in the spring of 2008, after a small scandal, and minor exodus. Hair Rocketing is defined as subversive enlightenment through cathartic art, where each participant removes a desired amount of hair, and attaches it to an exploding projectile, granting the subject/subjects an elevated perspective. Music Video #1 "Hair Rocket", explores the idea of one man''s struggle to rid himself of his previous female attachments, by making a wig of their, hair putting on a rocket, and blasting it away. A community has begun to grow as other musicians and artists have made there own hair rocket videos abstractly resolving inner issues.
