Heather Renee is a singer/songwriter based out of Washington, DC.
Last year, 2008, she recorded, produced, and released an original song every week for the entire year. This endeavor sparked the interest of several big name producers.
This single, “Braille” was re-recorded with Bryce Goggin (Joan as Policewoman and The Ramones) at Trout Recording Studios in Brooklyn, NY.
Bryce Goggin put together an A-list team featuring Jonny Cragg (Spacehog) on drums, Trevor Coen (Dylan Connor) on bass, Merritt Jacob (Dylan Connor) on guitar, and Adam Sachs (Joan as Policewoman) on percussion.
Fred Kevorkian (Dave Matthews Band and White Stripes) from the famous Avatar Studios in New York mastered the song.
