When we decide to eat healthier, and switch to a more agrarian diet, or in layman’s terms, become more vegetarian, we begin to see major changes in the way’s our bodies react to how we eat, as well as how it deals with what we eat.

I know, vegetarianism actually sounds really boring to allot of people. It could even sound like some sort of health nuts fad.

But did you also know, that some of the longest living and healthiest, most disease resistant people in all the world are vegetarians? Vegetarianism goes right along the same lines as the “Raw Foods Diet” philosophy, and that is “That which goes uncooked, goes allot further for your health”.
