Sharmane (Adams) is a Christian singer, songwriter and speaker who lives her life as “a spiritual champion for faith and family”. She performs and speaks at numerous church events and conferences which she caters according to her audience whether it is a youth event, a women''s retreat, a fund raising/benefit event or a family-friendly community event. Through these opportunities Sharmane hopes to open the eyes of your heart to God and to help YOU to find that “on-fire” feeling of faith. Sharmane was recognized as Female Vocalist of the Year at the 2008 KCCM Awards held annually in the Kansas City area. In 2009, she added a second KCCM Award to her shelf when she was recognized as Pop Artist of the Year. She has been featured in numerous magazines and periodicals and has been interviewed on dozens of radio stations. Her 2007 inspirational radio single,
I SURRENDER spent over 25 weeks in the Top 20 on the CRW (Christian Radio & Retail Weekly) Charts.
The song was recognized as Devotional Song of the Year at the 2008 Unity Awards presented by the UCMVA.
LEAP OF FAITH is Sharmane’s third recording project with Prayerful Hearts Ministries. Her first CD titled PRAYERFUL HEARTS was released in 2004, followed by her self-titled project, SHARMANE, in 2006.
