Tawnya L. Gentleman
It is my mission to focus on my own inner healing and awareness, so that I may be of greater assistance in helping others find healing, peace and awareness in their lives.
I have experienced first hand the amazing and miraculous benefits in taking time for yourself to meditate on a regular basis. Meditation brings inner peace and well being, it heals the body and the mind and awakens you to realize you’ve been connected to your spirit the entire time, yet were simply unconscious.
I have a passion for meditation as well as all aspects of my life experience. I am a mother of two beautiful children and am married to a wonderful man. I have lived all over the world being raised with a military father. And I currently live in La Center, Washington.
I found meditation about five years ago; my family went through a very sad and painful time when my dear dad committed suicide. I felt I would die right along with him, I felt so disconnected to anything real and I needed answers. I was sad I was confused; I was hurt I felt abandoned then I felt angry. I see looking back that these are very normal feelings to go through, yet at that time I felt very alone and needed help.
Well that is when I started meditating; I won’t lie and say it was so easy and dreamy for me. In the beginning it was difficult and hard to focus and relax. I had lived a life long journey up till then worrying about everything and everyone. Now I was giving myself some space to just “BE” and once I let go and opened up to the changes to come, well miracles did start to happen in my life.
I have witnessed instant healing during meditation, I have found answers to issues in my life, and I have aided others in seeking and finding the answers inside themselves. And if you pay attention, you’ll see you have also been used in this way from time to time.
I am an optimistic soul, and truly believe that one-day world peace shall be. And I am using this life of mine to help in that in any way I can. We must look to the great power we each hold inside of ourselves, and believe that yes we can make a difference. We are all apart of the whole and I feel world peace will come to be, One beautiful soul at a time!
I salute you for allowing yourself to have this time for you, and to have the courage to ask the questions and to sit quietly and listen for the answers. You have all the beauty of the universe inside yourself, Believe! Namaste,
