I, Michael Hampton, AKA Kodiac, started my music world at Bowling Green State University, playing with a rock band named "Phix". We played all over the campus and at local parties. Being good friends with George Clinton and Bootsy Collins help me crate a new style of funk music. I started my production company and record label in Atlanta, Georgia. I moved it to the Northern West Coast in Portland, Oregon area working with local talent. I started "Black On Track Productions" with such artists as Rick Dance, Spank, U.S. Toxic, Sporty, Tonya, Daze, White Chocolate, K-Five, Denzel, Snow Breeze, Michael Richardson, and My D.N.A. Twins. All are masters of the funk family.
