There''s more to Kurios than rock music, a high energy live show, and a lot of brightly colored lights... Kurios is made
up of four guys who love the Lord and want to touch people''s lives - especially the lives of youth - for the sake of Jesus Christ. If you want a rock show, they can provide it... but if you''re looking for more than that; if you''re looking for a group of people to come and partner with you in ministry to make a impact on the lives of your youth, read on...

Unless you''ve got a serious thing for independent music, or happen to be from Eastern PA, you''ve probably never heard
of Kurios. As a matter of fact, you could have grown up down the block from these guys and may still have no idea who they are, what they sound like, or why they do what they do. The band has been around a while... but in the last year or so, things have taken a radical shift. The sound, the songs - even the guys themselves have undergone a pretty serious transformation. So even if you''ve heard of Kurios, odds are this isn''t the same band you know. And the things God is doing in their ministry might just deserve a closer look.

Kurios is a rock band. We''ve heard a lot of people''s opinions on who they might sound like, but the general concensus is that they don''t sound like anyone, really. But we''ll give it a shot... if you took Relient K, Foo Fighters, the Starting Line, Sanctus Real, Switchfoot, and Jimmy Eat World, and put them in a blender (figuratively now, people... let''s not hurt anyone), you might get kind of an idea. But the guys are pretty happy that they can''t be described as the "Christian Version" of anything.

They''ve shared the stage with some pretty serious talent, too. They''ve opened for Skillet, Relient K, Jeremy Camp,
Sanctus Real, Seventh Day Slumber, Kids in the Way, Disciple, Staple, Waking Ashland, Kevin Max, and a great many other bands you probably have heard of. They also earned the exclusive opening spot on the bill at Autumn Blaze, winning a battle of the bands to open for Tait, Toby Mac, and Jars of Clay. They''ve played the Cornerstone Festival, Inside Out Soul Fest, and were finalists to play the Creation festival this year. They''re serious about growing their ministry, and just released what they feel is easily their best record to date, recorded with Jesse Cannon (the Cure, Limp Bizkit, A Static Lullaby, Ramones...), mixed at Tombstone Recording Studio (Sony Music, Arista Records, Columbia Records, EMI Music, Warner/Chappel Music...) and mastered by Alan Douches (Fall Out Boy, Fleetwood Mac, Ben Folds Five, Thrice, Fat Boy Slim, Further Seems Forever, Chemical Brothers, Alkaline Trio, Saves the Day, The Misfits...). The preliminary buzz on the record
has been VERY positive, and those who know are excited for its release.

So, with all of this cool stuff going on, why haven''t you heard of Kurios? Well, that''s a good question. But the band would like nothing more than to get to know you, and to partner with you in ministry. Check them out at https://www.tradebit.com for more.
