In the span of a little under 2 years, his profile never stopped rising, having played a slew of downtown Osaka music venues, which have ranged from his small beginnings to larger and more established venues in the city such as Namba Rockets, Sun Hall and Twice, where his talents as a songwriter were recognized and he was invited to perform live on a Kobe city radio station (MOOV 76.1 FM).
After having written close to 30 songs in the span of these 2 years, he was invited to have a demo of some of his songs recorded and produced by renowned producer Masatsugu Kawai of mother of soul, an Osaka-based musical guru who has won an international award with his band at the Just Plain Folks awards ceremony in Los Angeles (Best Asian Album).
The 7 songs was quickly picked up by Pengtrade Records, a Japanese independent label, and released in Japan under the title “Believe” in March 2006.
