(Julian) Keith Levene is a founding member of The Clash and formed Public Image Ltd. with John Lydon. In between The Clash and PiL, he formed the band Flowers of Romance with his friend later known as Sid Vicious, and Viv Albertine of The Slits. Keith’s innovative guitar stylings and production techniques defined PiL’s sound and musical direction and has influenced many artists from U2 to Radio 4. He has collaborated with members of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fishbone, Adrian Sherwood’s On-u Sound artists, to name a few. Keith has also worked as a studio musician, performing backing tracks for a number of well-known artists and has composed for tv&film.

Keith currently resides in London, working out of his Missing Channel studio. He works with a collective group of musicians, his multi-image group, MURDER GLOBAL.
