EDGER is a cool indie band from the Chicago area. Kenny Sommer plays most of the music on the CD, except lead guitar done by Rich Ashdown, Bob Remington, and Jared Rabin. Ken has played in other Chicago rock bands including Cash Cow, Lounge Friend, and Rosewood Beach, on Drums, and vocals. He also played guitar and vocals for Marathon Man in the 90''s. Edger is currently working on new material, Kenny''s playing solo shows. He has a poem published in "East on Central." Ken''S music and Edger have also have been played on lots of Chicago, college,internet radio stations,and also had a small sound clip on Mtv''s road rules. Look for a new Edger music coming in the Summer,"Bottle of Peace," and a new concept CD, being recorded at Wall to Wall Chicago called, "In the highlands." The old Edger material was recorded at different times by Jim Kendell, Matt Fed, Suede, and blue.
