Kelly Coleman was born and raised in Sacramento, CA, the third son of four boys. Kelly started playing the piano when he was 7 years old, and was taught by his mother, an accomplished piano player and sight reader. Kelly started composing piano music when he was 15 years old, and piano music has been his passion ever since. Depth, Kelly''s debut album, is the culmination of several years of intense piano composition, and the result is expressive solo piano pieces joined with stirring melodies.
Currently, Kelly resides in Sacramento and works as a paramedic in the San Francisco bay area. Kelly has been a full-time paramedic for almost 2 1/2 years and attends college at CSUS in Sacramento. While working and going to school full-time, Kelly also regularly performs his music live at his church in the Sacramento area.
