Details:
With the release of her self-titled debut CD, Keady launches what she hopes to be the first of many more albums to come. A mix of original tunes and new renditions of some older songs from music legends Link Wray and Tim Buckley, her captivating voice delivers on all eight tracks. Keady credits her musical team of Steve Kirk and John Hanes for making this album possible.

"They are both amazing musically and there''s no way this album would have made it without their talents and contribution."

Keady also thanks her writing partner Gilles Margerin for his music and endless encouragement. With this album Keady provides a small window into her life through "Mr. Love" and "Wasted Years" and pays tribute to her friend John Hanes with "Hello Angel." This eclectic album provides a glimpse into the vocal range of this new talented artist.

Keady grew up in Northern California listening to all kinds of music from folk to pop to rock, which have all had an impact on her musical directon. Keady''s influences include Aimee Mann, Jackson Bowne, Tori Amos, and Lucinda Williams.

"I am drawn to songs about experiences and emotions. Things that can happen to anyone. I absolutely love a great melody that you can''t get out of your head."

Born to two musically-talented parents, Keady was destined to be a musician. After earning her college degree and working a good day job for many years, Keady decided to focus on her passion. While Keady started her musical training with the flute, she switched gears to focus on singing. Keady has studied Speech Level Singing with Cary Sheldon in Berkeley, California since 1998 and continues to hone her vocal range while solidifying her songwriting.

Keady got her start in the Adrianne Serna Band in 2003, and credits her good friend Adrianne with getting her off her butt to start writing. "Seeing Adrianne writing and performing her own songs really motivated me." Keady departed the Adrianne Serna band in 2005 to to pursue her own songwriting and singing. Don''t worry. Keady won''t ever forget her roots in the ASB!

Keady hopes that you enjoy her debut CD and stay tuned for much more to come!
