In 2003 Company Car made its debut in the San Francisco Rock scene. Since then, they have gained recognition throughout the bay area for their high-energy live shows and a unique twist on modern rock music. Over the last couple years they have shared the stage with; The Smoking Popes, No Use For A Name, Chuck Ragan, Dear & the Headlights, White Rabbits, Overview, Koufax, Poor Bailey, The Hundred Days, and The Heavenly States.
The English Eye EP
Company Car spent much of 2008 demoing and re-writing the songs that appear on The English Eye EP. After they were satisfied with the material, they put themselves in the hands of Willie Samuels at Nu-Tone Studios in Pittsburg, CA. The entire EP was recorded and mixed in less than a week, giving the listener a glimpse of the band at that exact moment in time. The result is a fresh and unfiltered sounding EP by one of the most exciting new rock bands around.
