At times this music feels like he is sitting in the room with you sharing his life’s stories, lost moments of time, captured in song.
Once again, he is accompanied by lead guitarist Larry Thompson, whose guitar completes the feelings of emotion set forth by the melody and lyrics. Also appearing on this CD is Steve Connelly on pedal steel and bass guitar. Steve makes the Pedal Steel ‘cry’ in its traditional way and defy tradition with an unworldly beauty.
