David DiGioia is a young up and coming songwriter whose songs reflect a combination of guitar parts that hold both rhythm and lead parts and lyrics that aim to artistically portray the joy and the hardship of growing up. David recorded The Envelope during his senior year in high school at age 17, just before moving to Boulder, CO for his freshman year at University of Colorado at Boulder. More recordings are sure to come soon but for now The Envelope exemplifies a sound born from the New Jersey folk scene of open mics and cafés sure to develop further with his career.
