Will Rise is the third cd release composed, performed, and recorded by Greg Aubuchon. Previous cds are "a muse" and "Slide." Both releases are available at CDBaby. The musical style chosen for this project varies somewhat from previous works by its greater emphasis respecting acoustic instruments, slower tempos, and contemplative themes.
All told, Will Rise aspires to spin a story of life, purpose, and hope, a difficult task for a mere instrumental performance. Some may infer a religious subtext, others will not. Such is left to the individual to decide; ambiguity animates art.
