In her third CD of Christian music, singer/songwriter Vicky Edwards gives us 13 more original songs. We are introduced to the theme of the CD in the bouncy first track, “The Language of Love.” This is followed by the soft and bluesy “Why Is It?.” The kids will enjoy singing along to “I’m On the Lord’s Team” and Nobody’s Better (Than Anybody Else.) There are a variety of sounds, including a Godspell-style rocker called “Agapé Love”. The CD ends with a traditional love song - “Our Love Is Not New (But It Will Never Grow Old.” Keyboard, acoustic guitar, electric bass, full bass viol, mandolin, banjo, clave and whistle provide the accompaniment.
