ROCK: Classic Rock, ROCK: 70''s Rock

Details:
Brother Rock is a life-time labor of love. Randy Gabbard, the band''s founder and co-producer, has been playing professionally since the 70''s in bands opening for the likes of Cheap Trick, Molly Hatchet, and the Ozark Mountain Daredevils. Hailing from Cincinnati, Randy has been making music for the majority of his life. Still, every band, every gig from then until now, has been a warm up for this band and this time.
The right hand man is Andy Gerome, guitarist-vocalist from Cleveland, OH, and a one-time member of legendary Savoy Brown. Andy is himself a musician/vocalist/composer for television and movies. Rockin'' like breathin'', Andy is so natural it''s almost scary, as a member of Brother Rock and with his solo project.
On drums BroRock has Ron Presley another Clevelander, only this time the Cleveland is in Georgia. Later Ron''s family moved to Paducah, Ky, where he started playing drums in the school band and church. After graduation the young drummer played in local bands until moving to Nashville. In Music City, Ron helped found Valhalla, One of the first metal bands in the area. The band opened for numerous national acts and was voted best unsigned band in Nashville. After Valhalla, Ron was a founding member of Rockin'' Foot Clutch and stayed rockin'' for seven years. In 2004 Ron crossed paths with Brother Rock and the rest is history.
And last but not least, on Bass and Vocals is Mr. Harry Tufford. Hailing from Wisconsin, Harry began playing music at 9, took up Bass at 12, and played his first gig at 15. Growing up on a blend of "classic" British and American rock, Harry played with several regional acts including; Billy Conrad Band, Spitting Bishops, and Strawberry Square. In 2001, to broaden horizons he moved to Nashville. After working several years as an independent musician playing everything Metal to Alternative country and Rockabilly, Harry joined Rockin'' Foot Clutch where he met Ron Presley and laid the foundation for the rhythm section of Brother Rock.

The premier CD from Brother Rock, "Rock-n-Roll Shoes" has been five years in the making. Recorded and mixed, by Jim Stelluto and Shane Gue at Entropy Studio and mastered at Yes Master both in Nashville, the album features performances by many of Nashville''s finest touring professionals, session players, and recording artists. These musicians lent their talents to the project in support of the band and the music. As one of the guest artists wiped off the sweat after playing, he said, "This stuff rocks....it''s cool that somebody''s still making music that''s timeless."
The CD is Bluesy-Rock, fun and provocative. This music was made for everyone from Baby Boomers to today''s Rockin'' Roll Animals. Time may go by, but the spirit of Rock-n-Roll lives on and that spirit is a torch that Brother Rock is more than glad to carry, and carry proudly.
