Details:
Ignoring the boundaries of genres and industry classifications, Bandini delivers a sophisticated rock sound blended with jazz and blues with originally-styled song structures and melodies. The maturity of Bandini''s songwriting reveals an individuality which integrates artistic depth with a pop and commercial appeal, as fully testified by his recordings.
Bandini was born in Brazil in 1977. At the age of 20 he published a book of poetry called Terra do Adeus, acclaimed by renowned poets and members of the Brazilian Academy of Letters as one of the exponents and promises of the young generation of Brazilian poets. Simultaneously, he started his musical incursions, writing his first songs and participating in a series of original bands and projects.
After a 5 years hiatus, Bandini realigned his life with art, and in 2004 recorded his first album, The End or the Beginning, followed by The Landlord’s Wife, a 4-track EP recorded in September 2005.
Encouraged by the good response to his recordings and the desire to develop his career, Bandini moved to New York in the beginning of 2006 to fully dedicate himself to his music.
