I was born William Phil Patrick Sabah Ellis in Juction City,Kansas on Dec 11,1980. My name is complexed and derived from a series of events that started by life. William Phil- were two family friends, Phil being the actual one who took my mother to the hospital. I was given the name Patrick by my https://www.tradebit.com name Sabah came way by my dad who sponsored his good friend Sabah who came over, here where he was a international student from the Kuwaiti royal family.I traveled all over the country so no where was a permanent home. I lived in Indianoplois, San Fransisco, Oakland, Alabama, Puerto Rico , and Memphis. I reside now in Chattanooga,Tennessee where i started my music career. I was first introduced to Hip-Hop by my sister and cousins. I knew i was in love with Hip-Hop when I stole my sister''s Beastie Boys vinyl album and took it to school for show and tell. My teacher looked at it and said " Oh Paul Revere''s Ride ???" " This will be nice " .You should have seen the look on her face when the beat dropped ,and I started pop locking and break dancing on the A, B,C, carpet. She must have thought I was crazy but i was and Hip-HOP was to blame. My brother and I use to enter the rec-center dance contest when we moved to Puerto Rico. It was lot different down the style, music, culture the way they preceived https://www.tradebit.com was all good though cause they always had much love for it. We moved back to the U.S in 1990 to Leavenworth, Kansas for a year and then on to Memphis where I first experienced Dirty South Music. Memphis turned me out , I mean they was gangsta walking ,buck jumping , jucking and these are all dances similar to C-walking and on the west coast and mosh-pits but with a South twist. I was like 12 or 13 when I started sneeking in the club, seeing people get crunk their stye their way gives credit due to the originators of crunk music hands down. I moved to Chattanooga in 1996 and it was a big change for me. I tried the sports thing and the college thing, but i wasn''t for me. Then I started writing in 2001, and meet back up with my older cousin who along with my sister who introduced me to this music. I started doing Open Mics in like 2003. I was resently nominated for best Hip-Hop/Rap act here at the CIA music awards in Chattanooga .They call me Big Pat aka William Phil from Sessaville ; keeping it real. Sessaville; yeah yall want to know about Sessaville. Well, it is a place I go when I wanna be a little bit CRUNK and a little bit CARRIBEAN.
