Details:
Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Gary, Indiana, the education of life started at an early age for Frederick Washington. He developed a love for music and learned to play the Alto Sax in the 5th grade. Being surrounded by street life and having a love for music made his attraction to hip-hop natural. By going to school in different parts of the city and heavy involvement in sports (basketball and baseball), Fred built alliances from the West Side to Miller, from 5th Avenue to Glen Park. He graduated from Roosevelt High School and went on to attend Tuskegee University where the hustler in him began to flourish.
Doing everything from running a T-shirt & promotion company, to rapping, to hustling pool, where a local superstar named Marcus started announcing “Freddy B, famous since 1983” whenever Fred entered the pool hall. From then on people called him Fred Benz or just “BENZ”. He built a sizable crew that was well-respected even though they were holding it down about 700miles away from the crib. One day after too much vegetation BENZ began handing out Boss names to his partners: Don Akilarisio, Don Upchurlario, The ICEBERG of Flint, and himself Aldolphey (Al-dol-fay) Benzarelli. After graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration, BENZ pursued his love of music and entrepreneurship. In 2004, BENZ along with long time friend Jessica Booth established Benzarelli & Associates, LLC in Nashville, TN.
New to the scene, Benzarelli brings rich lyrics with a smooth, precise delivery. Not a “hard core street” or an “I’m here to give you a lecture” rapper but somewhere in that dangerous middle. Aldolphey Benzarelli has released an album (Verbal Abuse) and a mixtape (I.S.L.M.), both in 2005. GO COP DAT!!!!!!!
