Les Daniels is one of the best keyboardist/pianist/vocalist/producers to come out of the San Diego California area. Les started playing the piano and singing at the age of seven. He started out by playing and singing gospel music in church, but he also studied classical, pop, R&B and jazz. In school, he played in all types of bands: marching bands, concert bands, big bands, etc..., and played lots of other instruments: clarinets, saxphones, drums, etc... All of those things led to him winning a full music scholarship to Jackson State University. Afterwards, he traveled all over the United States (and Hawaii) and all over the world to places like England, Scotland, New Zealand, Korea, The Caribbean, The Mexican Riviera, South America and Japan. And also, Les has played in all types of situations and venues including concerts, radio and television.
Les currently lives in Japan, and he was been very busy with live shows and events as a pianist and singer. Not only has he been busy as a musician and a singer, he has also been busy as a record producer and a writer. He has also produced and written music for FM802 in Osaka. He plays virtually every instrument on all of his recording and writing projects. And, he was the keyboard player and background vocalist for the Japanese pop star, Kuraki Mai. In America, he was the keyboard player and the musical director for the Legends in Concert show in Hawaii.
