Details:
Kill Tomorrow (formally known as Standard, band members included; Jason Miller-vocals and bass, Brock Warber-guitar, Andy Eklund-guitar and Damien Keglovitz-drums) came to be in 2004, when former guitarist Andy Eklund left the band to go to basic training through the army. He was replaced by a Ross Wolfe and the band decided it was time to take of in a new direction. They wrote faster, heavier songs with less singing and more brutal screams. The band was continually playing shows in Muskegon, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Detroit. Their first full length album “When All is Lost” took the bands music to a whole new level but in light of this in late 2005 Brock left the band due to lack of interest. For almost a year Kill Tomorrow kept pushing forward as a three piece band, writing new music and playing out constantly. Finally in the fall 2006 they were ready to enter the studio once again to record “Empire to Ashes.” At the same time as they were in the studio, they joined up with a local bassist Tim Bax. After the record was released they decided all they need to make the band truly complete was another guitarist. After months of searching with little luck, Jason decided to start playing guitar. Finally the pieces fell together and the band was truly complete. In 2008 it was time to get back into the studio and record their third album "I''ll Dig My Own Grave". They recorded at Studiotte in Grand Rapids and got the album Mastered at West West side in New York. The album is about to be released and is the bands best work to date. With each new record KT pushes to new levels, now with the new album complete previous barriers were crushed. Be on the look out for the CD release party June 6th at Palmer Hall.
