Mandie was born and raised in Southern California, where she attended private Christian schools and discovered at an early age the joy of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. At the age of eight, she began taking piano lessons and subsequently ventured into voice training. At the youthful age of 14, Mandie truly felt the call to minister through music, and set out to sing at churches throughout the San Fernando Valley. Mandie''s music ministry takes her to churches and other venues all over the United States.
A popular guest at Dr. Robert Schuller''s Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, Mandie appears frequently on the Hour of Power which is broadcast to over 20 million viewers worldwide. From 1996-2000, she was a principal soloist in the Glory of Christmas at the Crystal Cathedral, singing “Mary, Did You Know?” and in 1999, she was a principal soloist in the Glory of Easter at the Crystal Cathedral, playing the role of Mary Magdalene. Mandie has also played the role of Mary Magdalene in The Passion Play at Shepherd of the Hills Church in Porter Ranch, CA, and has appeared in the Christmas productions at Shepherd of the Hills and the Dream Center in Los Angeles.
Mandie is repeatedly invited to sing the National Anthem and/or Canadian Anthem at major sporting venues, including the Staples Center (Los Angeles Kings and Los Angeles Lakers), Anaheim Stadium (Anaheim Angels), Arrowhead Pond (Mighty Ducks), and Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles Dodgers), the World’s Women’s Tennis Event, the US Olympic Swim Trials in Long Beach, CA and the US Olympic Men’s Gymnastic Finals . Most recently, Mandie has recorded for Nintendo, NAMCO, Toyota, Disney and the theme song to “Miss Spider” on Nickelodeon, in addition to many children albums.
Blake Ewing began his professional career at six years old on Star Search as the 1992 "Junior Vocalist Champion." That lead to the recurring role of ''Derek'' on the ABC series FULL HOUSE. Blake also co-starred as ''Duncan'' on MINOR ADJUSTMENTS, ''Corky'' in the Movie of the Week PROBLEM CHILD 3, and starred as ''Waldo'' in the hit comedy feature film THE LITTLE RASCALS. As a recording artist Blake has performed on albums with Natalie Cole, Sheena Easton, and David Foster. Blake received an Ovation Award nomination for his performance as ''The Little Boy'' in the Los Angeles production of the award winning musical RAGTIME. He currently performs voices on the animated series HEY ARNOLD, RECESS, and LLOYD IN SPACE.
