But this troubadour (which he truly is, tuna and ramien are his diet) is all his own. He travels the country side with a wood riser for a drum, his guitar and Fender Twin and his...mouth. Recording with Lynn Bridges at 414 turned out to be the perfect environment for capturing Saint Red Mouth. And with an excellent mastering job by Kramer, this armageddon comes to life.
Red has shared the stage with acts as varied as the Black Diamond Heavies and Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, the South Memphis String Band and the Reverend Dead Eye, Against Me and Thomas Function. However, while recording, Red was informed that his label, Blues in London Records, was shutting down. Alone again, he is not dismayed.
