The record was inspired by my experiences in corporate america. After having four internships without getting a full time offer, I felt that making a record about my experiences in and outside of corporate america was long overdue. So after finishing my credits for my undergraduate degree in Accountancy, I decided to start working on my music. It feels like I never left the studio. I have many experiences to share having been raised in Mississippi, traveling to Illinois and graduating College. I''ve worked in Private Equity, Accounting and Marketing. I come from a less fortunate background, but I''m able to articulate my ordeals, triumphs and successes uniquely and creatively.
