Anthony Lee Sanchez grew up on Houston''s Northside. Ghetto born and raised he had a passion for poetry and a way with words. He dibbled and dabbled in and out of the rap scene but never tried to make an impact until now.
His music and message is simple; "Enjoy life to the best of your ability cause you never know when it might end." He makes feel good music with subjects that range from dancing in the club to looking back and reminiscing about the past. He''s all about having fun and living life the right way.
Throughout his life he was always fascinated by rap and the hip-hop sound. His favorite artists were Scarface, Geto Boys, Kid Frost and Tupac to name a few.
His influence comes from all over the music spectrum. From Tejano to Rock, from R & B to Classical, from the Blues all the way back to straight up Hip Hop, you will hear it all incorporated into an original sound.
All the lyrics, words flows and rhymes are written by Anthony Sanchez. With his knowledge of poetry and his gift to gab he will soon be a force to be reckoned with. His authentic street background and culture is an added ingredient that will keep his sound and message real.
The music and beats are provided by Houston''s best kept secret, local songwriter/producer/engineer Alan "Dapadoosa" DeLeon. Alan has a background in a variety of different styles of music including Rock, Pop, Progressive, Metal, Neo-Classical, Blues, Tejano, and Old School Rap. His eclectic approach to songwriting adds to to the unique flavor of the GLH sound.
