Anna has grown up in a Christian setting all of her life. She has been influenced by her God-fearing parents, who are deeply involved in the music ministry, and by those she comes into contact with who have pursued a career in Christian music. She began taking voice lessons in the summer of 2002 and started performing in vocal showcases. She has also been involved in several choirs throughout her high school career. She is an active participant in the Hillhurst Baptist Church youth, young adult, and adult choir. She started writing music as a junior in high school as a way to further express her deep love for the Lord and for music.
Over the past couple of years, Anna has been asked to sing for several youth events, church services, and other various events. She has just recently begun giving concerts for local youth groups. She feels that God has called her to reach out to those closest to her, her peers. Her deepest desire is to make an impact on those who will one day make up the church of tomorrow. She has just recently completed her first album, which contains several selections she has personally written. She hopes the record will help to achieve her ministry goal, which is to help bring others to Christ.
Anna has high hopes for her future in the music ministry. She is very excited about the doors that God has already opened and cannot wait to see what door He may open next. Anna will continue her concert ministry and will keep writing songs. She will go wherever the Lord leads her. Whether singing for a large audience or singing for a small youth group, she desires to share the gifts that God has given her so she can reach the lost and expose them to the amazing love that our Lord, Jesus Christ, offers to all.
