Garden of Love is named for a fictional paradise I wish for all unfortunate children in the world. It is a place for happiness for sad, lonely or unhappy kids. It is full of sunshine, beauty, and happiness. The songs in this album are for people I know, many of them kids whoâve inspired me. The instrumental numbers in the album are âmoodâ songs for peace and joy. Marie Christine is dedicated to my second sister who went through a lot growing up and with whom I have a strong push pull relationship. Some songs speak of sadness or loss while others of the joy of life. All are imbued with a deep emotion which the musicians whoâve helped me here have marvelously captured.
