The name of this digital download album was coined by a good friend as a description of my music.
Since laying the initial tracks back in 2006, this album has had its share of struggles. A hard drive crash on my PC wiped it out completely. I had one "master" copy that I then used to reconstruct the tunes. Then there were delays due to other projects and mastering projects for other artists.
But then I began in earnest to restore this project. I felt like it was still relevant to my life and I also thought the music was still worthy of release! I''m trying this out as a download only CD. But if anyone wants a hard copy, please contact me through my website: https://www.tradebit.com

In 2003, Will set out to find a way to get
some of his musical ideas out of his mind
and put those ideas into something tangible.
The only problem was that he was a vocalist/lyricist and rock band front man - but he could not play an instrument.
That''s where computers and samples and sample editing, song construction and mastering software came into Will''s life.
The themes of Duct Tape Mummy range in mood from the intensity of an inner struggle with fetishes that conflict with "normal" life - to the relaxing with a martini - thereby the spectrum of the electronica created goes from frenetic to chill. God, sex, love, kink, politics, art, people, places --have all served as inspiration for Duct Tape Mummy. Enjoy!
