On this unique and beautiful CD, composer Roger Bellon, combines all the best songs and underscore music he created for "Highlander - the Series." Track one contains the full version of the haunting celtic song, “Bonny Portmore,” from the final episode of Highlander – The Series, “Not To Be”.
Executive Producer, Bill Panzer, was adamant that each episode of "Highlander - The Series" would be a complete mini feature film onto itself. As a result, each episode demanded its own personal style of music. For composer Roger Bellon, the palette of creating constant unique episodes, (Homeland - Celtic music, Duende - Flamenco Music, Money No Object - 1920’s Flapper music, Samarai – traditional Japanese Music, etc.) gave him the opportunity each week to bring a fresh approach to the creative energy that went into the Highlander Series. The goal was clearly realized - 119 episodes - each one a mini feature film to be enjoyed for years to come by fans eager to discover that, indeed, "There Can Be Only One".
