In 2009, Mr. Chris & the Gassy Bubbles decided to make an impact with their music. They realized that making music wasn''t only about entertaining people, but also about making a difference in people''s lives. That is why in 2009 the Bubbles decided to begin their anti-bullying campaign and try to spread the word throughout communities all over about the harmfulness of Bullying.
Different People - (the anti-bullying song) was written for children between the ages of 4 - 16. In the past most of the gassy bubbles music was created for children between the ages of 2 - 10, however, since this was an anti-bullying initiative, and since bullying exists throughout a person''s life, the song was written to reach out to even teenagers. The song is recorded with a capella grooves and melodies in the background. The only instrument used was vocals. The reason why Mr. Chris created a song without any instruments was because he wanted to show many children, who couldn''t afford instruments, that music could be created with the most simple of all instruments, the vocals. This track also features the dazzling vocals of Dee Bubbles, the gassy bubbles newest member.
The 2nd track added, Shimmy Shimmy Shake, is one of the first tracks recorded for the bubbles 2nd album - (and if you listen carefully you can hear the influences of the music of the Beach Boys)
