The Swedish band X-RAY was formed in 19-81

During the first part of the eighties X-RAY was one
of the most promising Swedish rock bands.
X-Ray released two singles which were distributed by EMI.
During the years 19-81 to 19-85 X-RAY toured frequently
and made for instance a long tour with the American rocker Joan Jett.
At that time Joan Jett just had her breakthrough with the
world wide hit " I love rock''n roll"
Joan Jett''s manager Kenny Laguana
was so impressed by the X-RAY band
that he immediately called and invited the Swedish
record companies to listen to the concerts!
In the late eighties the band split up and all the
members went their own musical journey.
25 years later the majority of X-Ray members
still works as musicians and music teachers.
What they still have in common is a wonderful
period out of life with lots of unforgettable memories
some of these episodes are collected on this album.
We wish we could write down all those
fun and crazy things that happened during our tours
(unfortunately we can not do it
and some things maybe should be unsaid!?)
Anyway, we hope you like the music and get a little
nostalgia trip from the eighties.
