My contribution to the Diaspora of indigenous Philippine music in America. From my creative spirit to your inner ear hopefully touching your heart, and beyond. In a conversation with a close friend while still both new to Kulintang music, we both knew that someday the scholars who track and document such things would trace the steps of Pilipino indigenous tribal music. We knew that they would ask who did what. With the help of my friends this is my statement.

Future Legacy - Features the Saronay and Saronay melodies to pay tribute to generations of kulintang musicians that have kept the music alive despite war, colonization, and the onslaught of western civilization.
S''Bu - A remembrance and dedication to the T''Boli people of Lake S''bu. The power of the agong can be heard at the heart of this piece.
Florentino - Ballad dedicated to my Grandfather Florentino Castro. His contribution as well the contribution of his generation of Pilipino men known as "Manong" to the Imperial Valley, and Alaskan Canneries will never be forgotten.
Birthmark - I always felt as though I was born with this music. I did not borrow or learn Pilipino percussion music. I studied and practiced something, that for some reason I forgot. I found and tuned a voice from within. In this piece the songs melody returns to it''s roots at the end.
Special World - Music is my Special World where my voice connects me to the creator, where I am a creator. The haunting Gandingan solo by Dana truly sends a message.
