(DIOLOG OF VISION) After nearly a lifetime of blood, sweat, and tears in New York, D.O.V. has amassed a treasure trove of his own personal music and has performed over the years as a vibrant and gripping MC and DJ. He’s had the privilege of working showcases with such music luminaries as: V Black of the Ganstarr Hip-Hop crew, as well as Twilight Tone a renowned Chicago producer and DJ. D.O.V. has also performed sets with New York poets Bob Holman, the creator of the Slam, and toured with El Extreme, one of the original Nuyorican poets. While living in Bushwick, D.O.V. and Wave have created a spectacular underground art/music showcase called Verbal Graffiti. VG has now grown into the ultimate Brooklyn happening. D.O.V. has also had the additional opportunity of working with the ground-breaking art and dance company Norte Maar.
