''Double Trouble'' is an album consisting of two dancehall riddims built by Dwyane Tryumf, ''The Golden Axe Riddim'' and the ''High Priest Riddim'', like minded Christian artists who have built a relationship with His Majesty''s Sound System (https://www.tradebit.com) have come together to voice on ''Double Trouble''. Artists include Gamma, Jahaziel aka Solid ROCK, ST Matthew, Katalys Crew, Tiko Angelos to name but a few. Artists are from the UK, TnT, USA and of course Jamaica.
There is nothing like this available at this time, but we hope it is just the beginning, mixing well known artists such as Gamma, Tiko and Katalys Crew along with up and coming artists ‘Double Trouble’ is packed with Hit songs. Normally on an album like this you would find a handful of strong tunes with everyone sharing the favorites, but with this album I can truly say everyone will have their own favorite!
The motive behind producing this album was to encourage artists and producers to do the same thing. HMSS is a Christian Sound System https://www.tradebit.com as a sound they juggle riddims but found that Christian artists did not generally share riddim tracks. Lion of Judah from the Bahamas set the standard with their ''Riddim Invasion'' albums by using one riddim with many artists on it but they seemed to be alone. HMSS desire is that artists may recognize the importance in a level of continuity among the ranks in order to truly have our voice heard in the culture of dancehall. This is ALL about sharing the Gospel, str8!
''Double Trouble'' is a non-profit making venture with all proceeds after recouping costs sowing back into other albums and continuing to raise the standard. Of course this is all dependant on God''s will.
