MP3 Days of Eden - Just for a Moment

There is really no "style" that Just for a Moment goes along with. Sometimes heavy, sometimes complex, always interesting; it grabs your attention and never lets go. "We''re three musicians, that love what we do, and our music reflects that."-Days of Eden

10 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Progressive Rock, ROCK: Modern Rock

Details:
Days of Eden’s latest release Just
For A Moment begins, “I can do
just fine alone, not part of your
master plan. Because it’s only in
your mind that I’m a ghetto man.”
The songs from this three man
group are raw and oh so honest.
A tale of alcoholism and family
is told in “The Day That Laughter
Died.” These lyrics describe a swell
of internal conflict. “Every rule that
we seem to ignore puts our sanity
under the knife,” sings Totten.
With its heavy rhythms and perfectly
synchronized melodic lines, the
band comfortably explores various
influences. Is this KISS or perhaps
Rush on an angry rant? The beat is
rock steady thanks to Steve Moran.
Meanwhile, Billy Newcomb fades in
and out of the mix punctuating the
arrangements with carefully crafted
bass ideas. Days of Eden features
a true gem in Steve Totten. The
guitar work boasts several musical
flavors and Totten’s voice sparkles.
