Scott and Rob have released 6 albums to date under the name Two Thirds Water. Each Two Thirds Water album had material that ranged from juicy pop to space country to throbbin’ rock. They decided it was time to focus on one style and voila, Dirt Farmer was formed.
Dirt Farmer recorded a bunch of songs last winter during a 3 day blizzard in an old warehouse in west Toronto. The songs they recorded include tales of various underdogs and misfits on their worst day with a sound that ranges from subdued to high energy moodiness.
