Death Punch Morning is the newest up and coming band out of the NH seacoast region. After recently adding a horn section to the mix, this sextet of musicians is tearing up venues all across the state. Their sound is a blend of every kind of music, but could be simply described as a funk rock "party" band.
Their first album "A Cup of Punch" was recorded during the winter/spring of 2005 and was just recently released in the fall. This album is a great representation of what the band is capable of; Providing catchy songs such as "Roll On" and "Granite" while also showing some of their creative improvisational talent with tracks like "Flowers In Her Hair" and "Bringin'' Home The Bacon." This album is sure to please many people especially those with different musical tastes.
