Last Crack began in the fall of 1987. They were signed to Roadrunner/Roadracer records soon after, and released their first album, Sinister Funkhouse #17, to controversial fanfare and press due to singer Buddo appearing naked in an archers pose in front of a wall of dripping blood.

Their next album, Burning Time, was released in 1991 and was produced by Dave Jerden (Janes Addiction, Alice In Chains). The album was selling excellent, poised for success, climbing the charts and garnering respect in the industry.

But just as suddenly as they appeared, they disappeared due to a management breakup that lead to band breakup. That terrible breakup lead to the creation of a plethora of bands that is too long to list, but contain an unbelievable catalog of music that can be downloaded at https://www.tradebit.com.

In 2002, Last Crack reformed and recorded the reunion concert for a live DVD/CD that was released in 2005. The sold out show is an amazing masterpiece mixed by Last Crack''s guitar wizard Paul Schluter and recorded by recorded by John Machnik.

Recently, the band toured Europe and Iceland playing at sold out shows and festivals.

2006 will see the release of brand new Last Crack and many other back projects and releases of rare material.
