LZ Love - Vocalist, songwriter
Born in Chicago and raised in Berkley, California, LZ started singing at her mothers church at the age of 5 and has been singing ever since. Mainly known for her back-up vocals and co lead vocals, LZ has had the pleasure to record with many great artists. LZ made a name for herself with releases in the UK of her dance singles from 1999 to 2005.
Now as we are very please to announce LZ is releasing her best work to date. Her Debut CD "My Higher Ground" This CD features Tommy Castro, Michael Franti, Shelly King, Ernest "Boom" Carter fromaly with Springsteen''s E Street Band, Eric McCann, LZ co-produced the with Jay Bowman, (Producer for Michael Franti Spearhead and Cake.)
"My Higher Ground" is full of Funk, Rock, Modern R&B, Southern Blues. It will appeal to all age groups. This CD has a lot to say, it is the most personal CD that LZ has ever done. We are proud to announce that this CD will be released on Feb 18th, 2006 in Austin Texas.
