yeah... this one is pretty intense, I should also mention some important issues about this frequency track that I didnt have time to previously ;
CLOSE YOUR EYES WHEN LISTENING TO THIS TRACK IF YOU CAN
1.) When using, pay attention to a most curious phenomena, the kind you dont normally experience with any other kinds of music, sounds....
When you increase or decrease the volume of the track ( the full 10 minute
track ), the nature of the sound CHANGES at certain points and by change I dont mean simply the loudness or softness but actually the quality and characteristic of the sounds change, how weird is THAT!!?? Also, this effect will not likely occur on all computers or for all users... experiment with this and see how this plays out for you.
2.) Notice that this frequency track has an incredible, complex layering of activity, great depth and breadth of acoustic stimuli.... as if the world itself with all its hustle and bustle across the past, present and future were unfolding right before you... and yet, note that there is a curious humming continuum in the back ground, soft, slower, gentle, deep, throbbing and oscillating.... as the frequency track begins allow yourself to take notice of all the apparent frantic activity, the buzzing bees of sound... but then allow yourself slowly to notice and focus on the glowing, undulating corridor of mother of pearl sound ebbing in the back ground.... follow that stream through the mantras of acoustic weavings...
3.) Now, notice this, REALLY WEIRD, when you 'come out' of your psychedelic trip, OPEN YOUR EYES and notice - does every thing around you seem to be glowing, vibrating? Pay attention to how you feel!

I purchased this track before we went on our trip. About a week before. I played it for myself the first time to of course 'test the waters'.
These are the notes from that initial listen which was ten minutes at full volume on my surround sound system in the healing room.
there are several layers of information the information is alive multi-dimensional waves of interlocking values
moving through me, no wait, is me moving ?
one in the same.
a lightening is happening in the energy field of creation
it is not that more light is needed there is always a balance of the contrast in creation. We are lightening in consciousness.
REVEALING LIGHT
reversing polarity now. moving down what was up and up what was down.
After an hour, my feelings are, light headed but not in a foggy way. Just raised vibration. Elevated mood. Feeling of peaceful detatchment. Many personal revelations.
Then I played it for specific clients the following are their reports. Their sessions were 'practice' ones for them. Each only ten minutes this round.
K. a female I experienced myself float away from reality as if I was pulled out of a game. I could sense the drama's but not be affected as much by them. Weird
yet freeing sensations. A deep sense of urgency. Community and gathering filled me.
G. a female
I get a strong sense of awareness all around me. as if my eyes have multiplied.
L. a female.
(crying) I feel like I can let go. Just finally let it all go. I must let go. ( continued crying for twenty minuets ).
We took the trac on vacation with us. We played it at some key places along the way. The following are notes on those times.
Played in cabin second night in Alpine Az. Played it for ten minutes. Me and my husband listened together. He felt calm and relaxed and had more clarity of thought. I felt moved within to do something. But that I would understand more after the trip. Those voices returned. I don't think they were in the earlier notes. I hear communication. No I feel it to the point of hearing it (???) I am not at all grounded right now. Drifting off to sleep.
Played the trac while driving up and down Schnelby Hill in Sedona. By the time we drove the five primitive road miles up, the trac had played one time. We were both feeling sort of out of our body and agreed to get out and hike a bit. We were quiet and to our own thoughts yet drew people to us. They walked right up to us and said hello, how are you. About fifteen people in a row. Which is truly odd. We hiked up to the top of the hill and sat and looked and the whole valley was alight with energy. I was mesmerized and not quite there. I cannot remember exactly what thoughts I was having. Husband felt calm and serene.
On the way down we decided to play it again. Driving slow and feeling confident we did. Once again we got that 'heightened feeling'. Strong sense of self washed over us and we felt connected to everything.
Met the boys tonight and had meditation with them. Played the E E. freq at the end of it. J- male, stated he felt time had slowed down and was out of it. A-male felt geometric patterns swarming around him. Husband felt like time warped or folded in on itself. I felt totally connected to everyone in that space and the space itself. Energy was pulsating around the room. They left and we all slept very well with the intent of having a profound day.
Played the freq for the last time on the trip as we drove through Oak Creek Canyon with the boys. We all felt washed with the various energies. From the freq's and the canyon. It was quiet the ride. Not sure what to say about it. Extremely surreal! All in agreement with that.
we all felt profound shifts on this trip. I witnessed personality shifts with my husband that are so inspiring. And the connections we all made with each other I know were 'enhanced' by the use of this freq. having stated that, I also feel this particular group of folks have some work to do together and we mesh well due to this as well.

G- Female second experience with track. " i feel the places in me where I have stagnant energy. I feel the need for movement.
L- female second experience with track. " i feel it in my heart. releasing releasing..."
K- female first experience (arrived late was not expecting this). That sound represented to me the releasing of the oppressive energy that my ex boyfriend is. It matches perfectly that whole experience. I am thankful you played that. It helps me to see the importance of the release.
J- Male first experience , I just felt a peace and calmness. somewhat anxious in the middle. Then calmness again.
M- fourth experience , continued shifts and an urgency to move.
C- first experience , An urgency, to get people awake, to move, to act. For community, for a unity. ( emotion filled response.) repeated the statement.
Me- a rising, a pulsation of high expression (?) a yearning to move. And the voices, the intelligence that changes and shifts every time I hear it.
