The Master Resell Rights License Agreement:

1. You MAY sell the ebook(s) and/or resell right(s) at any price. I cannot legally force you to comply with any one price. 

2. You MAY package the ebook(s) and/or resell rights with other products that you sell as an incentive to buy your other products or as a bonus product. 

3. You MAY change or edit the sales letter template in any way as long as you don't make any false or misleading claims. You MAY edit or create your own ebook covers for the ebooks. 

4. You MAY authorize other people to sell the ebook(s). You can grant resell rights to others. You may sell the ebook(s) and/or the resell rights, but not the master resell rights. 

5. You MAY NOT market the ebook(s) in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM. 

6. You MUST setup the ebook(s) for order processing on your own webpage. Please DO NOT send any of your customers to MY download location.  Everything must be hosted at your own website and orders processed from there. 

7. You MAY NOT sell the ebook(s) or the resell rights if you ask for a refund. Your resell license will become null and void. 

8. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited. 

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion  of Larry Dotson and L.D. Publishing.

The Private Label Rights License Agreement:

1. You CANNOT sell or give away the private label rights to the ebook(s) (as I'm doing here in). They must buy a license from me only. 

2. You CANNOT use the ebook(s) in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.  

3. You CANNOT use these ebook(s) if you ask for a refund. Your license will become null and void. 

4. You CANNOT add my name, business name or any other of my business or personal information to the information products you create. They are for your own use not mine.  

5. You CANNOT claim copyright to the individual content unless substantial changes are made that legally separate the original content with your own reedited/rewritten content. You can claim copyright to your own reedited/rewritten information product(s) as a whole.  

6. All web site links (URLs) you add must point to business related web sites. This means no porno, gambling or other un-related business web sites.  

Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.  

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this
agreement are at the sole discretion of Larry Dotson and L.D. Publishing.
